Okay please tell me I’m not the only one that saw this, Nate gave that little hand gesture at 2:38 and then John in the background mocks Nate at 2:41. I thought it was funny😂
5:55 I’m glad I’m not the only one who does this. Snare to the center’s left (our right) raises his left hand immediately after playing with it, but his right hand waits a 16th note or two before raising up. I’ve been having this problem forever it’s nice to know someone with hella good chops does it too
AdrayPaday my bad. Watch the drummer to the center’s left when they do the four on a hands. When the left gets done playing it’s 4 beats and the right hand starts the 4 beats, his left hand immediately starts it’s big upstroke for the next count. But when the left hand starts the 4 notes, his right hand waits a 16th note before it starts his upstroke. Like the right hand goes on the ‘E’ of the ‘1 E AND A” while the left hand goes up on the downbeat of the count (“1”) hopefully that makes more sende
@BallinInMySketchers They start much younger and they live around a drum culture. Arcadia, Ayala, and Chino Hills are in the same area. They live and breathe this activity.
@@ryanmcdaniel2595 ...which is exactly why so much money is poured into this incredible band. Look, not trying to discredit the incredible talent and determination in this group, but you've gotta admit, they are very financially lucky

Its amazing to see students equally passionate about their craft...everybody pushin’ 110% ... good job guys your line is clean asf !
Crazy these are all teenagers. HANDS! Pretty confident this group will take it at worlds
Dakocoa Puffs sometimes they get SECOND Hahahaha.
Dakocoa Puffs same exact comp mate
Dakocoa Puffs a very simple google search will show you Ayala won in 2016, for example.
Frank Gomez I hate how they lost in 2016 and their center snare added me on Snapchat from that year
Their book isn't too terribly complicated, but goddamn is it clean. Bravo! 👏👏
one of the best or dare i say THE best high school drumline out there

I'm curious about what you mean. Can you explain a little more?
AdrayPaday okay so watch the go

Blake Crowson oh oh it happens like a split second before 5:55. I see it now. I gotta be more conscious about that stuff lol
AdrayPaday yeah it’s one of those things that’s hard to notice but snare techs for dci and wgi groups will hound on you for it
I hate how good chino hills area is with ayala and chhs
2:20
first time ever seeing paradiddle-diddles with buzzes
parabuzzle-buzzles?
I’m pretty sure those were just buzzed singles
Replay Archive I think the tenors are playing singles but the snares are playing the paradiddle-diddles with buzzes. I might be wrong
Didn’t their tech use to march tenor for Chino?
Nah he marched for Chino Hills. Chino is a different school.
this amount of skill for a highschool group shouldnt be legal
BallinInMySketchers Money doesn’t buy the practice and effort it takes to be good.

guys....it was a joke.......im saying they're insanely skilled for a highschool line.....lol
@@josephrosenbaum3343 That's not a joke that's the truth
Does anyone know where I can find sheets to their moeller exercise?
is the tech a tenor player from pulse?
Yes. He also marched chino when he was in school there. I think his ageout was either ‘12 or ‘13
Correction, his last year at chino was ‘14

Khor Immortal Bet he plays better then you stop hating just respect how good they are
Khor Immortal it’s not a bad thing to move lol
Have you marched a modern WGI group? That tends to be a good thing
