Well out of all the characters I gotta say Vanessa definitely looks the most “human” compared to the others if you wanna put it that way. Since she doesn’t have any features like Doof’s chin and Phineas and Ferb’s noses making it pretty easy to find someone who looks like her.

You are literally seeing doofenshmirtz talking. I'm guessing you mean how it's so difficult to do but the VA/co-creator can do it perfectly, making it look easy when it's far from that. He probably had a lot of practice as he said he took years to get P&F green lit, maybe even designed around his own voice so it wouldn't be too much of a strain on his vocal cords.

You are literally seeing doofenshmirtz talking. I'm guessing you mean how it's so difficult to do but the VA/co-creator can do it perfectly, making it look easy when it's far from that.
He probably had a lot of practice as he said he took years to get P&F green lit, maybe even designed around his own voice so it wouldn't be too much of a strain on his vocal cords.
