It's not written in Quran not to have tattoo. Nor there is any hadith not to have one.
In Shia Islam is NOT haram to get tattoos.

Great discussion, i feel some times we are overexerting Islam- especially when the fact that many of us never been exposed into the fiqh of our own biological needs , and these topic should have not been taboo, the business in the bedroom indeed has been one of the problem for some married Muslims couple- they're too afraid to express themselves, they bottled it up and rather filed a divorce than fix the sex problem in the marriage.
Personally speaking, let's not normalize mutah- lets keep that in historical perspective that was happening during War Time.
I know for the fact the Mutah thing happened to many sisters in Indonesia, .. Brother's from different countries came- married the sisters under contract then after that bye bye.. In this lifetime Some brothers can use this as justification of wrongdoing..
Lets keep the sacred of Nikkah and dignity of our sisters, ..
And remember that Nikkah is Act of Worship.. At the end this is because Allah wants us to love each other the right way,... The fulfilling relationship , to create next generation of Muslims that will pass on the Deen , love and mercy- just the way Allah loves and gives mercy on us.

Q1. What do you say to the issue if a man ends up getting a woman pregnant from a temporary marriage where there is clear communication between the two that there is no intention of permanent marriage.
Q2 adding on, what if the woman is from a non muslim background or you know that the child would not be raised as a real follower of ahlul bait from his mothers side, and the two that entered in to the temporary marriage didn't know each other that well and it was simply to fulfil desires.

first abortion is prohibited , second you applied temporary marriage because you are a believer , if she does not want the child it is your responsibility to take him and raise him yourself .Try to raise him both of you with care and love and teach him ahlu Albait teachings of true islam the final and complete peaceful word of God or Allah s.wt. subhanah wata'la glory and praise to Him . That is what I think . hopefully you get the complete answer from the right Shia scholar or Marja' you choose to follow .
Salaam O Alaikom Dear Speaker, can a wife not get pleasure from husband due to husband were not cope due to temporarily stress, and if a wife leave him and ask to look someone else without giving him a chance to prove himself as he is physically fit, and all what happened is due to temporarily job lost stressed, the husband was requesting and begging to his wife to give him chance to prove as he is physically fit. But she is left and she will go to hawza for learning and may be she will look another husband without divorcing me. It is being told husband and wife are each other garments of imperfections. Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) who said, “O people, I used to allow you to engage in mut’ah marriages, but now Allah has forbidden that until the Day of Resurrection, so whoever has any wives in a mut’ah marriage, he should let her go and do not take anything of the (money) you have given them.” (Narrated by Muslim, 1406)
Also, he talks about "Shia tradition". We're muslim, talk about the Qu'ran and Sunnah. There is no place for 'Sunni', 'Shia'. We have the Qu'ran and Sunnah.

We are human beings not animals and our ability to have self control is what differentiates us from animals.
So I don't believe in this mutta, yes it came about when the prophet and his army had to travel to a far away land and stay many months, the men could not go home to their wives and started committing sin (zinnah) so the prophet asked God to save them from hell and God sent a verse down for Mutah in these extreme circumstances where men could not marry and were desperate for sex.
Young unmarried girls are not allowed Mutta without the man obtaining permission of her father and if no father then uncle or grandfather who lays down rules of no touching etc. I can only see girls being abused by this as men are now asking girls to do mutta saying it is a sin to talk to each other which is a pathetic excuse! How insulting for boys and girls to end up with lots of temporary marriages. We must educate our children to be strong and say No!
Besides who who would want to marry a boy or girl who has had many sexual relationships and may have sexual diseases. Just stick to one partner with a permanent marriage.

Iam a young 32years divorced woman since 9 years now I have not found a man to build a family with. It is very hard for me sometimes to endure my sexuality and really trying not To sin . I'm a fan of his lectures however, very disappointed about this one! So, it's ok to say just because you can't control your desire, go into temporary marriage and have sex? Instead, I think it should be advertised that humans are much more than animalistic desires and sex is the act of love in which two people's soul and body intertwine. Very disappointed,,,,

Nakshwani is divorced because he cheated on his wife with mutta. Also mutta is forbidden for unmarried girls.

what about sisters who are in their late 20s or 30s who cannot do mutah because a) they are dependant on their families because b) culturally she can only move out on marriage. what can she do if her needs are growing stronger but there are no suitable matches?
I have a friend overseas who is in this predicament and it's effecting her confidence, she's loosing patience and faith as a result. Surely if it effects mental, emotional and spiritual health Islam would be kind to her?

The shaykh is wrong. A marriage is not just about sex, it's about love and two souls sharing life together. Thus temporary marriage is impossible, it doesn't and cannot exist. It is the reduction of the relationship to mere animal lust. For this reason it is haram. Look also how often it is abused.
Tread carefully, it is dangerous for you to make something haram or halal. This is the religion of Allah not yours.
