The first time I tried this 24 years ago, hindi talaga namin nakain ( kahit yung asong gutom ayaw din 😂). This is the best and simplest version ever! More power Chef Tatung!
I love it when Chef Tatung pays homage to the original recipes and the traditional ways of cooking of our kababayan from other part of the country, it just shows his RESPECT! Pinag-aralan talaga, yung ibang Chef kasi puro palusot, kesho FUSION daw! Haha😀
I loved my Dad's cooking of Pinakbet and I missed it so erectmuch. I haven't tasted one that was closed enough to his cooking. Some I've had had been way too salty, vegetables were too raw, or even too mushy. So, I've been watching you make Filipino dishes in a much simpler and tasty way and I can't wait to make your Pinakbet version. Thank you. I can't wait!!!
