Hi Lou! Please tell Polo that the water temp for his poached eggs was too high! The water needs to be simmering a bit and not straight out boiling ^^ wonderful video! ❤
Also another tip: swirl the simmering water for a few seconds before placing egg in water. It will keep it intact. I just made some poached eggs the other day. 😊 I love to cook just as much as Polo and enjoy when you show his cooking skills!
