I can actually answer that one for you: Kenjutsu is typically taught two handed, right hand dominant with right hand is essentially used as a guide and the left hand used to generate the power. Also Puella is right handed. If she was left, the bow would be in her right hand ala Uryu Ishida from Bleach and she'd draw with the left. Hope that helps.

Play the japanese version, toshinden subaru. The reason the game is so slow is because its the PAL version. All games in ps1 and ps2 in PAL version are slow. Even tekken 3. Not joking.
I think most look fine, I prefer the aesthetics of the previous game's 3D models. But yeah regarding Puella I was surprised when I first saw her 3D Model, she looks... way off when compared to her 2D look.

Coolest supers in a fighting game. My only complaint is that the loading times are horrendous.
