Laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa sha’ree kalah; Lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamd; Wa’huwa aa’laa kulli shay’in qadeer. Narrated Abu Huraira r.a the Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever says this Dua, 100 times will get the same reward as given for manumitting ten slaves; and one hundred good deeds will be written in his accounts, and one hundred sins will be deducted from his accounts, and will be a shield for him from Saytaan that day till night, and nobody will be able to do a better deed except the one who does more than he”. There is no denial of the merits of this night. But can we hope to reap it's bounties if we seek it at a wrong location? In his lifetime the Prophet sat for it once in the night of 11 Shawwal and the other time in the night of 22 Ramadan, clearly showing that it is a moving target. Do we know of a certainty that this year it is in Ramadan? Surely not, it is not in this Ramadan. It will be on the 8th or 9th of Jumada al-Akhirah (1445 H).

Laylatul qadr is better than 1000 months
We have 3 days left of the holy month.
The Prophet SAW said regarding the Night of Decree, "it is a calm night, neither hot nor cold, and the sun arises on it red and feeble."
