Same symptoms.. i am suffering from anxiety from last year.. first i didn't know that it was anxiety.. when i felt shortness of breath and palpitations i got scared and searched this symptoms on Google.. after that my anxiety became very bad.. 24/7 my mind was full of negative thoughts like fear of loosing loved ones.. dn i went to a psychiatrist.. i felf better after sometime.. but it's not completely healed.. whatever thoughts come into my mind i started to not taking those thoughts seriously,i felt much better because of this.. but because of social media, news of heart attacks affected my mind again and my cardiophobia started after that.. minor symptoms like first heart beat, pinching sensation in chest, sudden pain in left hand caused fear in my life.. now i am watching this video because i am having cardio phobia , i am feeling better by watching your video because i see a hope that i can overcome it, things trigger my cardio phobia are heart attack related news , heart attack symptoms related videos etc..i am trying my best to accept that it's all illusions of mind.. this is not a reality..

Same with me brother, i was very fine but from past 1 yr i saw some heart attack video on social media and this caused anxiety in me. I tried to block all these things from social media but that things got stuck in my mind. I started raising question against vaccination and was crying like mad. Hi @jeetsen1598 , when you have trouble breathing, and all reports of body checkup is fine, then it's your anxiety thought in mind which just came and you got feared and then shortness of breath starts to happen. Just when it starts, think of all the thoughts that you were thinking and you will find that there is one thought that made you anxious, pick that thought, think something counter to it, talk to yourself about that anxious thought, when you do it your shortness of breath will be gone.

What happened today , that i was feeling sleepy during the day and i have seen a video on Instagram a month ago , which said that if you feel sleepy too much the it's related to heart.. i was okay at that time.. but from past 3 days i was feeling sleepy during the day and today that thing triggered my mind and after that i am feeling like hell .. i cried also..i felt like something is really wrong with me.. but now i am feeling much better after watching this video.. thanks for sharing your story..
Same with me brother, i was very fine but from past 1 yr i saw some heart attack video on social media and this caused anxiety in me. I tried to block all these things from social media but that things got stuck in my mind. I started raising question against vaccination and was crying like mad. Heart palpilation, left arm pain etc was daily symptoms of mine. Slowly i pushed myself to go for workout, prayers and shifted my focus to another area.

I was thinking of going for more tests even though my ecg and 2D echo was fine. Then I thought that can it be arrhythmia issue because of palpitations. Is it possible?

Hi @jeetsen1598 , when you have trouble breathing, and all reports of body checkup is fine, then it's your anxiety thought in mind which just came and you got feared and then shortness of breath starts to happen. Just when it starts, think of all the thoughts that you were thinking and you will find that there is one thought that made you anxious, pick that thought, think something counter to it, talk to yourself about that anxious thought, when you do it your shortness of breath will be gone.
