You have to hold the power button and the volume up button even after the screen goes black , if not the tablet wont process the command!

After we arrived at, add internet, it wants us to verify the email from the previous owner, which we do not have. This renders it basically in operable unless we can do a factory reset that eliminates the need for the previous email. Factory reset complete wipe.

I recently bought this tablet from a friend and they moved out of state. I'm trying to set it up and I have tried what you showed in this video, and it took me to a screen to verify the pin of the original user, or to log in as the original user. I cannot get that information, how to bypass that? It's for my kids to play on and I'm not sure what to do now

I'm having the same problem. Took it to a phone/cologne & purse guy to see if he could. He told me that he couldn't do it and neither could his guy in Dubai, so at that point he was done. Still have a tablet that can't be used. Thanks Walmart.

Ok I accidentally shut down my ONN 16 inch tablet when taking screenshot &then it shut down! When I turned it on again (I did not press both power&volume button) it came up to the black screen and in blue highlight it says Factory Mode Auto Test, underneath that it has a list
