I belief is more than this, those who want to remove him have good relationship with Oba, that is where the problem is , and i think Oba did not open hand wider to able to get more education , its an abmormal thing to have Oba appointing Imam for us , especially Oba who know close to nothing about Islam. For peace to reign its better the Muslim Community institute a legal framework around who choose and the process of choosing Oba. We were told that the team saddled with responsibility of who become the Imam, interviewed and made exams for them and they choose the best among them, how come somebody is now saying that it was Oba who choose the Imam.

If you listened to the statements of the chief imam Ogbomosho, he didn't said that he is not under Soun Ogbomosho or he is superior more than the king. The king must apply wisdom and play a good leadership role.

Some of you are insulting the imam because of what he said but you people forget that the Oba started this by himself. If you're not biase and you hear what the imam said correctly you will know that the imam is right in everything hes doing. Firstly the oba have collaborate with the other family of imam which is not supposed to be like that. Secondly, the oba started ignoring the imam calls and ignoring him from seeing him in the palace. Thurdly, The oba has already bar the imams number so that he will not reach him.
