i think your second line is wrong " CarPro Reset is CarPro's Si02 based sealant used to add a layer of protection on top of a coating or even paint to reintroduce hydrophobics and slickness." you mean CarPro Reload, not Reset i am right ?
If you would like to mix Echo2 and Elixr, you can, but you will be "watering" the protection aspect of the Elixr. Elixir, like you said, is much like you would get mixing of Echo2 and Reload.

One guy mixes ech20 & reload together for an extreme shine but I wanted to mix elixir & ech20 is this ok?

I use Elixir as my after wash wipe down every time I wash my car. I use reload every other month. The stuff is great.
