What is this chaff
here's one for scar. Scar has the amazing ability to make some of most finely detailed things with so much pasion, that it leaves you in aww and it instintly give you inspiration. He has such a big heart and is always positive even in the toughest times, that is so infectous that it can only make you smile. this is why he is one of my favorite hemits to watch.
For real. I came into Hermitcraft by way of Mumbo. Mumbo brought me to Grian, and Grian brought me to Scar. At this point, Scar is a must watch for me. He's an inspirational poster in the flesh. Bro could have given up 100 times over, but he keeps putting out videos that make me want to live my best life. He's dealing with constant health issues but still strives to make his fanbase happy. Scar is the person we should all strive to be.
@@enameless4003 Thats funny, for me it was the reverse, i watched grian way before he started playing on hermitcraft, with his building tutorials and build battles. Wich is how i saw mumbo. i didn't even know that he was on hermitcraft or what it was until grian joined.

But yes, if I could describe Scar with one word, it'd be "passionate". Everything he does is full of life and character, never a half-effort.
The fact that his first instinct was “oh man but what if I miss someone” just goes to show how amazing of a person Scar is!
Sometimes, I just want to give Scar a hug and tell him everythings going to be fine.

Since doc didn't get a mention I will give my take on him as a longtime fan.
I most appreciate docs networking skills. It's a different networking type than Grian has. Grian brings the people together to do community events and bring everyone closer. Doc's networking skill is about having an idea and bringing the best of the best from anywhere to accomplish his goal. No matter if it is technical minecraft, minecraft builders, minecraft doors or slimestone, noteblocks or even outside of the minecraft community.
doc strikes me as the type of guy that has a very clear vision on what he wants to achieve and how

I enjoyed that. You can tell Scar both really likes and admires his friends.
Scar is like the Bob Ross of HermitCraft: the kind and positive personality along with his building skills for these organic, natural structures/terraforming projects on whatever kind of canvas he is given to start with.
I could see scar doing a part 2 since that's half the hermits covered and he has got most of them spot on so far
To add to xisuma, his dedication to what he works on is very much inspiring, especially with how bored you can get sometimes
Grian's part was definitely true
Even when I'm in a bad mood he always makes me feel warm,his laugh is so infectious,his ability to make interesting lore,his builds are so cool,and ighhh I can gush about him for hours but I won't ^^u
The thing that brings me back to this clip is specifically the scar tango dynamic. They both are so impressed by each other all of the time and its awesome. Their really similar in a lot of ways, but also super different, and like, tango when on the imp and skizz podcast brought up scar at least 8 times, and the first person scar thinks of is tango, and i think its really sweet.
I'm not sure what it is about Mumbo but he really does just make you smile and make you feel good and happy doesn't matter what he's doing he just starts talking about something and you're immediately put in a good mood

Scar has clearly had a tough lot in life, so I find it really admirable that rather than becoming vindictive towards the world he is such a source of positivity…he’s also a really good builder.
For scar: I can’t stop admiring his ability to make me smile everytime he is on screen. Just his jolly goofy self, as he is either creating pure art of diving head first into a wall. You get a sense that all hermits love to tease him with funny pranks and jokes because everyone just loves what he brings to a ‘party’ a kind soul who didn’t let unfortunate circumstances change him but used it to improve himself
I admire Scar on a deep level. He is a man who will not let anything hold him down.
About Rendog: I admire his incredible cinematic creativity and storytelling skills. For example his story of the HC-7 lore, heavily inspired by Star Wars, and his lore of HC-8 being a computer simulation, lore with such detail, it's fascinating.
Scar is so sweet that even his twitch chat is sweet ☹️I watched his live for the first time today and everyone was so kind
this points out why i like scar, mumbo, and grians videos, mumbo and grian make laugh and if my brain is clogged i can listen to scar ramble on and on without boredum to what he is saying, i had a app on a nabi i had that was just all the videos scar made compiled and loopable and i'd sleep to it and watch it every so often.
Something about Joe I just want to say because Scar is kind of just repeating himself at the end😂 Just to add something for Joe, I don't watch him much but just saying my guy has the most unique style of making youtube videos, I found it kind of random before, kind of weird but I appreciate it. It's just his style of making videos is just so different from other hermits and you'll only understand when you watch it. It's just a different vibe. All hermits give their own vibes of course when you watch them but you just feel like you're not even watching hermitcraft with Joe😂
I admire how much Joe sticks to their principles with stream creation too, even when it goes against the standard way to make content. He isn’t a twitch affiliate because he doesn’t agree with some of the terms, he makes unusual overlays with his facecam, episodes are often pre- or mid roll ad free, she only hires moderators for special stream events so she can afford to pay them.
to add precision on Zed's ability to pick up lesser noticed elements, this is something I really respect from the way he makes videos. The timelapses are immaculate and what they show is that he boiled down the satisfying aspect of timelapses. It isn't about the scale, it isn't about the impressive colour choices, ultimately, it's seeing the progress, and he picked up on that and chose to display it in the most visually appealing way.
Through that, you really see that he puts a lot of effort into trying to see the game and the video making process differently as often as he can. I feel most connected to his way of thinking.
As an attempt to slow the breakneck progression in Minecraft I came up with a tier system, to upgrade all gear, I first need to a stack of every variant of every ore of that tier(ex:lapis ore, deepslate lapis ore, lapis, lapis blocks to unlock enchanting). I've reached diamond a few months ago and have access to enchanting but not villagers(emerald ore blocks are quite rare). Netherite and emeralds are the only frontier left. Once achieved, I permit myself access to the End, which I have never entered before. (originally I was going for the wither after netherite and End after diamond tier, but I'm a bedrock player and in 1.19.10 the wither was getting nerfed so I changed plans and gave myself a rule of beating the Bedrock Wither 4 times including once barehanded with no gear(unlimited lives) to allow access to beacons. I died 17 times on that last one, but the first time I tried barehanded, I died at least like 40 times).
This whole system also conveniently gives me an excuse to have a pile of treasure that I could put into a vault once I've gathered it all. I've always wanted to make a vault and always felt a need to put something meaningful inside it.
Anyways playing differently appeals to me and that's exactly what Zed does.

Bdubs: Bdubs is such a silly and overall enjoyable hermit. I love that he matches his skin’s big smile and eyes.
Cleo: Cleo gives me the impression of an honest friend. I feel like she would be really good at breaking the news to someone, harsh but nicely.
Cub: I feel his commitment to his projects really stands out to me. His long grinding sessions are genuinely impressive, and I really wonder what his longest session at one time is.
Doc: There are many amazing things to say about Doc, but I’ll go with the fact that he can be such a nice person and such an evil villain at the same time. A nice man that casually plays with Warndens and creates a World destroyer.
Etho: Etho gives off this calm vibe that I find really soothing. He’s the Hermit I watch to cheer me up after I experience something heartbreaking. He’s so funny in such a nice way. (I also can’t help but notice he matches the personality of his skin, which is Kakashi Hatake from Naruto.)
False: I don’t watch False much, so I’m not too sure. Only thing I’ve really noticed is how efficient she is with her builds. For example, at the very start of this season, she built an eagle before most people even made their starter base.
Gem: One word: Wholesome. She’s such a genuinely nice Hermit and the most wholesome/cute person I’ve ever seen. She gives off this amazing charm that I just love about her.
Grian: The most popular Hermit as of today, and I totally see why. He’s so damn witty and just overall entertaining. I love the amount of chaos he contributes to the server, especially his pranks and wars.
Hypno: Like False, I’ve almost forgotten about him. Sorry to the Hypno fans, but I don’t know enough about him to judge😅
Impulse: Like Scar said, he is an amazing leader. A true gentleman, yet somewhat unhinged.
Iskall: probably my personal favorite Hermit. He’s so humorous and overall silly, every video I watch I manage to watch through the whole thing. I also love his intensely Swedish accent, not only making me love Sweden, but making me like Iskall more.
Ijevin: I’m getting sick of saying this and this really is irking me to watch more Hermitcraft, but I don’t know much about Ijevin. I’ve only seen various clips of him and a bit of content from the Hermitcraft Recap. Sorry!
Joehills: I’d definitely say his constancy is what stands out the most. The fact he can do daily streams that are genuinely entertaining for hours at a time and he STILL hasn’t seemed to fallen prey to the UA-cam burnout is just outstanding.
Keralis: always super funny, especially with his wide-eyed stare on his skin. I love his unique French-Swedish accent, and his ability to collab with other hermits.
Pearl: Like Gem, she’s a really wholesome and cute Hermit. She’s got amazing jokes that make me laugh every time. She reminds me of that substitute teacher that everyone wishes they have.
Ren: After seeing his video “the wave”, I really started to admire the fact he can push his own troubles away and show his smiling face to the audience. I love the way he deals with his problems.

And Scar, well, he always finds the right words😊, and not really just with this video (well spessificly only in the start😂) but just, always. I love ALL the hermits but Scar is the most inspiring to me when it comes to, just learning life lessons. It's hard to explain. So I won't try that hard but still wanted to leave this comment here for whoever agrees
Mumbo is the guy who has a redstone dictionary in his pocket. Ask him anything and he'll build a machine for it.
Grian is the adult child. The smallest things make him left but also will start a server war over the back of his base not being complete.

Another probably main thing about X is he is a great problem solver
I really love that the first two people he thinks off are Tango and Bdubs. Tango is the best all-rounder in Hermitcraft at this point and Bdubs/Scar are probably a two-horse race on who is the best builder in the server.
What about etho
Joe is so sweet and caring, funny and creative, she sees things in such a intresting light, and is just so loveable, all of his chats are so cool and once you’ve been there long enough you really start to know everyone and recognize names from like the twitch or discord or youtube chat. Joe’s presence is just so fun and relaxing. They can be high energy or super chill, and this season’s base she is doing is a massive pinball machine and it’s so cool. Joe puts so much effort into her videos and it always is so funny and Joe always is doing something intresting. Some people don’t watch Joe’s strems because of the face cam he does but honestly they are so worth while and just the best.
Joe’s face cam expands ecery tipping milestone and takes up more and more of the screen until he gets to 3 joepacity and turns into the beetlejhost ! Joe and Beetlejhost are totally completely seperate entites and isn’t Joe with a filter and a striped jacket. Their totally different people. Absolutely.
But Joe is always so cool and takes great care of the regulars, and has a very good mindset and you can really learn a lot from being in his chat. I’m apart of the UA-cam chat so I can’t speak for twitch or discord but I do know the community is just awesome and really cool.
