      We're in central (walking distance to everything) Gothenburg, Sweden's second largest city and pay 7500SEK (632 CHF) for 53sqm, one bedroom. Building is from the 60s, so not modern in any aspect. But of course, rather cheap compared to Zürich which also incidently happens to be about the same size, population wise. (around 450k in Zürich and 590k in Gothenburg)

      still i believe they find people who are not fit to answer the questions that most of us seek.
      50% of them didn't knew what they pay cause they live with their parents.
      I'm 23yo wanting to move to CH from Germany(originally from greece) and I currently make 80k a month but Switzerland don't really offer anymore that much money to lvl out the costs.

    I live with my mom and brother in Stäfa on the gold coast.
    We pay around 2200.- now for a 4.5 room apartment.
    It only works because we have been here since 20+ years.
    It was also lower than 2000.- for MANY years but they raised the price over the coming years.
    It‘s almost impossible to get anything for that price, mostly 4.5 rooms here are around 3500 - 4700 or even more upwards depending on if you are closer to the lake or have lake view etc.
    and if we move out our apartment would for sure go up 1500.- more.
    We stay there because anything else would be a downgrade and as long as we are not forced to move we stay. Probably my brother will move out sometime and idk what will happen then as I‘m not sure me and my mother can afford the rent alone.

    Hi guys! The algorithm recently recommended your channel and have watched a few of the videos. Keep them coming! I'd like to add few technical suggestions that will hopefully take your uploads - and the channel - one level higher. Genuine comments though; not here to play 'smartass'.
    1. Your intro & outro closeups are almost always out of focus, which you have probably noticed during editing. You could either move farther from the camera and/or use manual focus since those are statically recorded and you can control your distance from the lens.
    2. Overall, you could consider investing in a lens with shorter focal length which will definitely also help in the interviewing parts of the video. Some of them are also out of focus, for which you could have the camera(wo)man stay at manual focus if needed. Alternatively, invest in gear with better auto-focus and eye-tracking. Better to look at a lens and positioning first though.
    3. Pick one-two of the most catchy scenes from the actual content and have them played right at the beginning before the "Hallo Leute, hola todos". It will act as a trigger for watchers to stay longer.
    4. Transition between shots, instead of simple cuts, could also make the content more appealing unless you intentionally aim at simple cuts. If not there are a few 'cheap' packages of custom animations for software like Premiere Pro or similar that will elevate your transitions with minimal effort (and money).
    5. Reading a bit about color correcting, you can make colors more appealing in 'dull' scenes like the one here starting at 04:13. Saturation, highlights, shadows, are things you could play a bit with. You'll find more in tutorials and you need nothing but UA-cam.
    6. Nice stroke effect on your thumbnails already, just increase the text font size a bit. With people watching mostly on phones, letters on thumbnails really need to be bigger.
    Hope this helps and offers a few starting points. I suppose you are filming in different places each week, but in case I run into you in the Züri streets, I will let you know it's me who typed the comment 🙂 Cheers 🍻

    You create such a good content and what you also improved you also ask different groups of people (also the ones in 30ies) because you used to ask onoy like youngs who would say they can live with 600 per month which is like crazy and unrealistic for Zurich

    • @rosasa2605

    Hi guys, thanks for a great content!
    Just out of curiosity, how many people actually own a property in Zurich? It’s a great investment for sure and the rent is so high, so I think it would make sense to aim taking a mortgage.
    Cheers!

    • @joancot5100
      @joancot5100 Рік тому +1

      But the houses are extremely expensive here. Not much houses are priced less than 1 milion, so I think profitability is not the best

    • @oleg274
      @oleg274 Рік тому

      @@joancot5100 thank you for reply. Usually, even if the mortgage monthly payment is higher than rent, considering the large part of that payment is a mortgage principal and probably some tax back on the interest paid (could be 30%) include into that calculation the real estate growth rate - you may be even in profit by owning a property. Rent can never be better than mortgage, unless interest is extremely high and the market is constantly in decline, which certainly cannot be the case in Zurich

  • @Mylittle3Kittens

    I live in Guarulhos Brazil where os the most important airport of the country, to make a good parallel I will give an exemple by a different way.
    Our minimum wage by the local currency is about 1.300, my rent in a 67 square meters is about 2.400, if we go to São Paulo downtown, the main Brazilian city, you pay higher prices.
