Leo and nico are my 2 favourite characters because i can relate so much. They are both so broken but don't want to upset people by showing it (mainly Leo) why both shut people out (mainly nico) and almost no one notices
This is the case with me i'm broken but don't show it in case people worry, i shut people out because of my past and only one person has noticed that i'm broken (my bff) and that's only because sadly she's just as broken as me, we're trying to help each other through it but it's not really working especially see in as our 2 other friends don't even seem to notice us half the time let alone that we're falling to peices
I only have three stipulations if they ever turn this series into a tv show. One: Percy's sass better be perfectly captured, Two: They better pick THE PERFECT Nico, and Three: They better pick THE PERFECR Leo.

Ugh, I'd love to see that, but they could mess it up so badly. I mean, everyone has different interpretations. I can't decide if I love or hate that idea. I mean, no real person can really become a book character, which is why fan art is so good.

Leo is basically my life inside of a character and that's why I love him. I was taken away from my mom, put in foster care, I was 7. I'm Hispanic as well. Was moved around a bit and was always cast away from my friends, even if they didn't mean to do it to me. Also I'm an engineer. I swear too many coincidences lol. Used to joke around all the gang members to survive as well
I would laugh because the coincidences are incredible, but i cant't

Percy’s been through a lot, and I liked it when he yelled at Leo, because... Well because it showed that Percy wasn’t all perfect and understanding, he had troubles too. Everyone on the Argo 2 is still suffering, I could even imagine them planning to suicide, that’s how much they all went through, and maybe Leo would stop them, realizing they knew something was up with him, I can imagine..

Tbh, Leo has the worst past. He has gone through so much and yet, his love life comes to late in life. Percy got the girl he knew since he was twelve, Frank got the girl he had a serious crush on, and Jason had to forget his memory to find the right girl. Leo has the worst past, his mom dieing because of a fire he accidentally started, being an orphan. This song describes him perfectly. Imagine having a life that the only thing in your past is bad memories. Poor Leo. But i'm sure Calypso will take care of him. Leo deserves more than he has. He should have meet Calypso earlier, so he could save her earlier.

You have felt pain before and you feel like an outcast, but since you dont want to bother other with your issues, you hide it with laughter and jokes. You see others around you living their best lives and you want to try to make them even more happy (especially your close friends and family) even if you are hurting. You are clever in your own ways, and you are very smart, even if others dont see it. You may act like a goof ball and non serious, but when it is needed, you can handle a situation very well.

Leo is the most underrated and misunderstood (Nico comes very close but still) character and here’s why: 1. Something everyone forgets is hat he’s actually kinda a math GENIUS. 2. He had to watch his mother die, watch the building burn to the FRICKIN GROUND when he was 8 year old. 3. His own Aunt hated him and sent him away to foster care. 4. He always has a brave face and the joker kid attitude for the rest of the world. 5. He actually FOUND OGYGIA (sry I can’t spell) and flipping broke Calypso out. I could go on and on but... u get the idea.
I honestly feel bad for him because he lost so much as is always called the "Sevebtg wheel" It's honestly so sad.. His friends abandoned him because they all had their girlfriends and boyfriends..
