@@yolorider18 He meant in general, you're supposed to give it some throttle when downshifting so that your engine's rpm matches your transmission's rpm. Not rev matching isn't super harmful but if you do it all the time it will put more strain on your bike, mostly your clutch and transmission syncros. Try to give it some throttle between downshifts and your bike will also feel a lot smoother to ride.
The idle for the start sounds like heartbeats. Damnn I hope I get one in the future.
