@@heathazezero3967 that's intentional. in the original japanese dub, Baiken has a 'Kansai' accent, which is an accent for people living in the area surrounding Osaka. People with a Kansai accent are looked upon by other japanese people as like country people or hicks, so they're the rednecks of japan (it's not a one to one translation, but its the closest we have). And so for alot of english dubs, traditionally they dub characters with Kansai accents and make them southern accents in english to preserve that vibe.
