After having children the best method I found to kind of snap out of baby body mode was an intermittent fasting / keto kind of a food/drink change. It helps you recover pretty fast and gives you a lot of energy back! I wish I knew about it sooner so I thought I’d share it with you, congrats on your newborn little boy!!!!

It's only Been 2 weeks maddie give yourself time even 2 years darl.. it actually takes up to 2 years for our bodies to actually come back from pregnancy and birth. Your young so it won't take you long anyway. You look beautiful as it is. Don't stress, enjoy your new bub he's adorable 💙.
It seems weird when you get pregnant at 13 in US but in Vietnam it's quite common in the mountain areas, so don't be so hard on yourself. You have a long life ahead and all of these difficulties won't last long. Maybe 5 or 10 years later, no one will remember about it.
