Minecraft Transit Railway is a Minecraft mod based on Hong Kong's MTR, the London Underground, and the New York Subway. It adds trains, boats, cable cars, and planes to the game along with other miscellaneous blocks and items. With this mod, it is possible to build a fully functional railway system in your world!

Suggestion: an automated cargo/container ship (scaled down size) that sails from point A to point B (ports). Even better if the ship can collect items from chests/storage linked to port A and deposit them in chests/storage in port B (and vice Versa). Wishful thinking! But would be cool for international trade gameplay

Airplanes are a really cool thing that will allow to develop the transport system of cities even more and "revive" "dead" airports. But as for me, I need different types of trams, except that one with different colors. It would be really cool if you could add some European trams to the mod. For example Czech Škoda or Polish Moderus or PESA.

I have 2 ideas
1. Make helicopters (they will land and start on pads
2. Make fighters (they will shoot all passenger airplanes, if they will enter danger zone). And make animation to falling planes with smoke and fire out engines.

This plane system is so difficult to learn! I’ve set proper inbound and outbound routes but it didn’t work! My code is red, green, blue and purple. Red and Purple are outbound Blue and green are inbound

What is the maximum speed of the plane in this mod? 300km/h (fastest node available) or 900km/h (realistic)
If the cruising altitude is your world height limit + 64, the speed will be 900km/h. Otherwise, it will travel at 300km/h.

@@Floppius_13 by default they will spawn frequently and move. Make sure you connect your cable car nodes and station nodes correctly
@@Floppius_13 station nodes are slower but are required for turns, platforms and sidings. Normal nodes can only go straight and no siding/platforms may be created however they are faster. Make sure you make a depot and add the routes to its instructions
I’m having problems with flight in multiplayer I disconnect when it’s cruising
Try setting allow-flight to true in your server.properties. Also, install the Carpet mod and disable rubberbanding.

Chunks are not required to be loaded for this mod to work.

Not sure if I am a fan of this sort of thing. I think the metro concept is neat but the idea of using tracks for boats and aircraft is really funky. I personally think the clipping aircraft look silly. Instead, I recommend just focusing on an expansion of the metro aspect of the mod - what it was originally about. Boats and planes are neat but I don't think this is really the type of mod for that.
Hey, thank you for your feedback! I wonder have you had a chance to try out boats and planes? The tracks are hopefully not as silly as you might expect. On another note, I am continuing to make new metro models because my main focus is still on trains. The other transportation modes are simply extensions of the same core mechanics. Hope you're enjoying the mod!
@@JonathanHo33 I've tried the boats but the system is really confusing to me. I'm still trying to figure out the metro aspect of it. I gave my train a path but it wouldn't budge. I might do a little more digging.
Personally, I recommend an expansion of nationalities with the rail models - such as German trains of the Deutsche Bahn or French trains, which generally have a large train and tram industry, as well as the Netherlands.
Does this mod have a Discord server, by chance? The mod is really enjoyable, aside from setting things up as a beginner.
@Sorrow yes there is a Discord server, link is in the video description. There are many people there who can help you get your system up and running. You can also check out my Let's Play server (more info on the Discord) which can give you a better idea of what the mod is capable of.
