Add a visibility rule to an account record page.
Add a Rich Text component to the page with this text: “HOT ACCOUNT”
Add a visibility rule to the Rich Text component with these filter values:
Filter Type: Record Field
Field: Rating
Operator: Equal
Value: Hot

How to add rating field in the account object

follow these steps:
1) Navigate to Setup: Log in to your Salesforce account and go to the Setup page.
2) Object Manager: In the Quick Find box, search for "Object Manager" and select it.
Select the Account Object: Find and select the "Account" object from the list of objects.
3) Fields & Relationships: In the left sidebar, click on "Fields & Relationships."
New Field: Click the "New Field" button to create a new field.
Choose Field Type: Select the picklist field type.
Define Field Properties: Give your field a label (e.g., "Rating"), field name, and other properties as needed.
Define Picklist Values : If you chose a picklist field type, define the different rating options.
Save: Click "Next" and then "Save" to create
