I suspect if I were Coinbase, I would pay decision makers to cripple my competition. Either that or it is an attempted shake down. There are many Eth devs from Canada so for a Canadian province to ban an exchange won't sit well with the devs. Are we gonna export talent? Cos that's bound to happen if we (Canada) make silly decisions.

Metamask or Trust Wallet. Trust Wallet is part of Binance but has no futures trading, only spot trading so it'll be fine.
