Yaar guys. Ek chotta sa issue hai video mein. As I was nervous, I was saying a lot of "yeah, yeah" in the first 10-15 minutes, which is slightly jarring. But thankfully, it's not there after that. I really admire Vijay so was a little conscious and it took me a bit to get fully into the groove. But overall, I think I am super proud of this episode. Vijay speaks so passionately about everything and has an extremely comforting personality. One last thing, if you like these longest interview episodes, do check out the link we have put in description. It's because of collabs with brands like Nokio we are able to do these in-person episodes. So do check out the terrific app which Nokio is. Btw, recording an episode with Jim Sarbh next. Please send in questions below ;)
For jim - What's a character/role you always want to play (why) but haven't been offered yet? And if you wanna play it so bad why don't you write it for yourself if you haven't yet?
For Jim: Q. - I want to know how did he manage an absolutely gorgeous physique which is unique in entire Hindi Cinema industry. How did he achieve this and exactly when he started to go to this journey in getting the superbly flexible structure?
The only episode I watched without skipping much. I absolutely adore this soul! He's so humble, down-to-earth, nothing made-up and a simple human being. Absolutely Love him! ♥️💐🙏🏽
You know he is an amazing actor just based on this interview. Throughout the interview, this guy was so sweet but then you see him playing roles exactly opposite which shows how hard he works against his personality to come up with those roles!! Loved this one, lots of love to Chalchitra for this P.S. I was making time stamps while watching but I got so into the conversation that I never got anywhere ahead of 13 mins. Anyone can refer below for till then: 00:00 - Precap 00:57 - Introduction 02:40 - Begin 03:15 - Fanboying Dahaad 04:28 - Favourite Villain 06:37 - Discussion on Breaking Bad 07:18 - Relationship with Movies 09:08 - First movie in Theatre 10:35 - Which movie Influenced you the most? 13:57 - Movies in recent times
Omg! Such a fabulous episode! FABULOUS! Did not know that Vijay had interest in these many things and he spoke with so much passion too! Such a lovely episode.
I like the part where he asks the guest if they want to talk about anything, that is such a nice way of allowing the guest to talk about things they are really passionate about. I would suggest you inform the guests about this ahead of the interview so they come prepared.
Walter White is not an antagonist, he is an anti-hero character. This distinction is very important. Main characters are not always classified into protagonists and antagonists.
I was subscriber of Chalchitra Talks when you had fewer than 10k subs, and loved the super casual living room conversation vibe and not being too polished or scripted. I haven’t watched each and every video of yours but i keep coming back whenever there is a nice interview or i am out of movie/shows recommendations. I am glad that Chalchitra Talks has become much more professional and proper and the vibe is still the same, which i love. This is of course the destination for all my recommendations and what to watch next.
Happiness brings numbness and failure gets into self reflection mode. Vijay is a superb actor and loved his connection with comics and HMT watches. Loved the show specifically these long conversations which are not boring and gets into a wide variety of aspects other than just show promotion. And how can any one interview be over without mentioning the 100 episode 😂. Keep up the good work and now moving to Harmans conversation ❤ #interesting
Didn't know Vaibhav was into video games too. Since he mentioned Gris and I think I understand what stories he likes I would like to recommend: - Before your eyes - That Dragon Cancer - What Remains of Edith Finch - Gone Home - Citizen Sleeper - Strange Horticulture - Psychonauts 2 - Spiritfarer - Unpacking - Disco Elysium - Oxenfree - Night in the Woods - Return of the Obra Dinn
You are doing such a grand job, mate! Really gorging on the conversations that you are having with such exalted individuals. Your using of the term ‘Yeah’ also reminds me of a grand moment in my life before a great judge, Justice Dalveer Bhandari. I was super nervous such as yourself as I was arguing my first matter before the High Court at Delhi and passionately argued for 20 mins and got lambasted by the Court because the client had failed to appear for the sixth time on the trot. Pursuant to the conclusion of the arguments I was so nervous that an adverse order would be passed in a matter that I had spent a whole night preparing for meticulously, as the matter had only be handed to me the previous evening. But Justcie Bhandari really changed the mood when he first asked me my name and then proceeded to commend me for the way that I argued and the highlight was that it was a backhanded compliment where he said that ‘whilst you argued very well young man, our only suggestion is that the verbiage is Yes, Your Lordship and not Yeah 😅. I apologised profusely and everybody in Court proceeded to have a great laugh. Terms such as Yeah are so autotuned with respect to our generation that it is inherent.
I seriously liked the whole episode! In fact I am new to this channel but since I have subscribed chalchitra talks I am watching all the longest interviews. Now I have a little suggestion for you all guys! In the last segment when your team ask questions to the guests, we are unable to hear the questions properly due to the unclair voice. Please give them a mic to ask questions from the next time!
Really love the long interviews in this channel. A lot of questions l which aren’t usually asked. Request to interview gems like Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjay Mishra, Vikrant Massey, Jim Sarbh.

Vijay Verma being a Silent Hill Hideo Kojima fan and explaining him as video gaming ka AR Rehman made my day

Vijay sounds like a friend that i never had. what a guy. would love to have a conversation with him someday.
The details mentioned clearly tell us he has actually watched/played read etc which is very refreshing.
I was hoping they will talk about irfan a bit ... I love listening whenever someone talks about irfan❤
