У меня была такая же проблема. Всё перепробовал, не помогло. Потом в отчаянии со злости нажал на левую верхнюю часть дисплея (слева от микрофона) и о чудо, всё заработало!!! Видимо отошел контакт).

Extremely helpful for diagnosis. Mine had the light sensitivity issue. A few jigs and shakes, bam, somehow FaceID can be set up now and works well. Don't know how long it'll last though...

no alerts are showing and if i reset it and go setting new face id it is not continuing and i need to restart again or force restart

Your face id detector is broken
For some reason the Hard reset It’s not popping up tells me to shut it off automatically because the (EmergencySOS) pops up in the middle. What was the steps I tried volume down volume up and hold power at the same time but it doesn’t shut off automatically
Undead911bro, For Hard reset you need to connect iPhone to PC, then quickly press and release Volume up then Volume Down button. Now Press and hold the power button until the Apple Support logo appears.😇

As I am working for iOS tech support the main issue is with the screen protector, if you have screen protector most of the time the screen protector will be covering the sensors so remove the screen protector and clean the camera and sensor and restart the device and try to set up it will work.

Hi. Actually I have the same issue. It's all working fine then I can see it won't scan my face so I reset my face id and it says face id not available so I updated to 14.7 and it didn't fixed the problem. True tone gone. Siri was not working and the battery drains too fast. Hoping it woukd be fine by ios 15 and nothing happened. The next day after updating siri became fine. Nothing more.

1. Update iOS to 14.7 beta 1/2/3/4
2. Update iOS to 15 beta 1/2
3. Restore my phone
4. Reset all setting
5. Reboot my phone
All couldn’t work.
