VISITING MY BEST FRIEND HOLLY DOLKE IN PORTUGAL | Workouts, boat day & food

Hey lovelies,
So sorry I have been MIA from UA-cam in months!! I've missed you.
I've actually been quite unwell, and having a huge IBD (ulcerative colitis) flare up where I was sadly hospitalised for nearly 3 weeks.
Anyway, lots of medication later I finally got to visit my best friend Holly Dolke in Portugal and I thought what better time to come back to UA-cam than with a fun vlog.
I've tried to include as much information as possible in regards to travelling to Portugal during covid and I hope you find this usefull!
