Legit has no increase of cancer. Do you know how this works? If you did it without marker it has no effect. The marker is because of the color, black or just dark, painful with the flash because dark colors absorbs light, where as light colors deflect light. All that happens is the heat and light is dispersed on your skin rather than pushed away, no cancer can be made with this.
