- THERIZINOSAURS were a very particular kind of dinosaurs. A group of Theropod hat evolved to gradually become vegetarian. Their extrange features had paleontologists doubting of their lineage for quite some time. In the very beginning they were thought to be giant turtles and later they were confused for prosauropods like Plateosaurs.

So the video that Members chose is still halfway in the making (is much more extensive than this one) , so in the meantime here is a shorter one. The animated shortfilm ¨Antediluvian¨ is also coming shortly ( September?) Anywhays I hope you enjoy this video, please give it a LIKE and those things as usual. Thank you all!!
thank you mario lanzas
I hope everything is going well, and I can't wait to see it
Omg the movie is going to be epic!
@@Davidevenworld i hope too!
1:09 I love that pose the Alxasaurus is in. It's like a bizarre mating display.
Parece uma gargalhada
Or it could be play behaviour, like some emus do.
Yeah. Kinda reminds me of Alan from Smiling Friends (maybe also due to its color)
Alxasaurus is named after the Alxa Desert of Inner Mongolia, also known as the "Alashan" desert, and the name also includes the Greek word sauros ("lizard"). Alxa (or Alashan) is also the name of the league, or administrative division, of the Inner Mongolia (Nei Mongol Zizhiqu) region of the People's Republic of China.
it doesn't look anything like Alan, though. It has SOME reddish color on the back but that's it. It's more brownish with yellow in color and it's fingers and arms aren't too long either, and no, the claws don't count.
The Return of the King!
I was always awaiting a Therizinosaur size comparison and low and behold, its here!
Thanks!
Thank you!!
Cretaceous wolverine🦖
All we need now is Cretaceous Deadpool and we'll make Cretaceous Deadpool & Cretaceous Wolverine
Wolverine Turkey in the Cretaceous
Políticos del Cretacico😂
Or Freddy Krueger.
Good joke bub
1:10 he's like AAAAAAAAAAAAH
That Alxasaurus is trying to ascend.
The integuments as rendered on these works is quite beautiful and natural looking.
The alxasaurus looks like he's trying to stand his ground against a hurricane and is struggling to do so.
Mario, you just outdid outdoing yourself with your recent drawings. The details, realism and dynamic poses are just impeccable, + their proporions are very much absurd and you captured them well here(Falcarius looks like how a 5 year old would draw a generic dinosaur)Greetings from me and my cousin, both huge fans!
If I had to suggest a future video idea: maybe at the end of 2025/early 2026 it would be nice to see a size comparison of notable prehistoric discoveries made in the first half of the decade?
Thank you so much!
also interesting suggestion👀
1:19 - really good tribute to older works with Therizinosaurus where it had white colours of feathers
Yessss! Let's go, it's finally here! I've been waiting for the wolverines to show up.
I love your work
Dziekuje!!
I've been waiting for the next vid. It's been worth the wait.
Therizinosauria is a subdivision of maniraptoran theropods known for possessing traits as long necks, bulky bodies, and long arms with sharp claws. They are known to have a diet of mostly plants, but they can also eat insects, fish, lizards, small mammals, and carrion.
What an amaxing video! You can really feel how massive some of these guys are
Aint now way, therinosoria is literally my favourite species since years and i never thought they would make a video about them
Idk why but i always love the intros of each video there so satisfying to watch
Your forgot the segnosaurus but that okay very cool therizinosauria i love it ❤
The cretaceous 'terrible lizard' which looks like something out of a horror movie
Outstanding work!
Your size comparison of the Therizinosaurs is very cool. Rating 100/100.
Nice video of the Therizinosauria 👍
I love the therizinosaurus illustration
Man, this is a good size comparison of Therizinosaurus and its relatives. I always liked how they were herbivores instead of omnivores and carnivores with most theropods including birds but had large claws to use as weapons or grab plants.
Love the colors on your Fukuivenator
1:10 Mating Dance or Fighting Display 🙄..first time saw such a unique pose in Mario's video
Incredible family of the Therizinosaurus 👍
Absolutely amazing work ❤
thank you!!
Hey, Mario! Nice one, I always watch your videos, they're really entertaining. I can tell that you put effort in them, so here's my thumbs up. You know, I follow you for many years now and I'm glad you grow up so much since then. We talked about the possibility of you doing a video where you show the relationship (between predator and prey) of ceratopsians and tiranosaurs. What's the idea? It would be great to see both, predator and prey, alongside like when they coexisted. For example, Raptorex and Psittacosaurus, Alectrosaurus and Protoceratops, Suskityrannus and Zuniceratops, Chasmosaurus and Daspletosaurus, Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus, etc. Maybe it could be a hard video to make, but trust me it'll be worth it. If anyone can make it happen, it's you. Keep up the good work, my friend.
De verdad extrañaba estos videos. Los Therizinosauridos están infravalorados.
A video about today's animals size comparison is dutiful.
I've heard about Beipiaosaurus to be immature individual, with its skeletal traits being not fully developed like they would in fully grown up dino. That's what that study said. Nature's Compendium mentioned so, in its Therizinosaurus video. Can recommend it.
Also, it's worth noting how some birds today may still have their "young" plumage even when their size is on their way to grow into an adult size, like Andean Condor. They grow up large before their plumage will be replaced with smoother adult feathery coverage.
Babe wake up new mario lanzas video
Honey, come quick! Mario Lanzas has uploaded a brand new video for us to enjoy!
Saludos Mario! 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
Alxasaurus be like: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Cool to see a size comparison between these sharped clawed and dangerous, but Herbivorous dinosaurs here.
Along with knowing the other members of this unique dinosaur family.
Love your artwork and size comparisons between these creatures. Well known or least well known here.
Keep up the amazing job and take your time.
thank you!!
I'm so happy we have a better idea about Therizinosaurids today. When I was young, we had NO IDEA what Therizinosaurus was going to be like; we just had these huge terrifying arm and claw bones! And Segnosaurus had duck-billed platypus levels of weirdness going on, although I think we had some idea that it was probably related to Erlikosaurus. I don't remember any ideas that Beipaiosaurus was linked to this group at all.
1:19 is it just me, or does that Nothronychus look like Mario's old Therizinosaurus design?
They must have given amazing hugs😢
They must've been master chefs too
They can make a salad
0:44 Correction: Neimongosaurus was found in province Inner Mongolia, China. Neimongo means Inner Mongolia.
Pls make
Whales size comparison
yes a new vidéo of mario lanzas 🤩🤩🤩🤩
It would be cool to do like an ultimate dinosaur size comparison with all the dinos you included in all your comparisons
Maybe like an 100k special or something like that
Special of Deadpoll and Wolverine
I really love the thezirinosaurus and beipiaosaurus. they are amazing dinosaurs.

My favorite dinosaur
I really like how you do reconstructions of dinosaurs and not only, they are like life. Can you make a video on the documentaries "Planet of dinosaurs" and "Life on our planet"?
Gracias!
quizá haga videos sobre esos documentales algún día
Finally posted
Great Video

Yes come on i finally made it
