In the past two years I have dropped my nursing license to become a homeschooling mother. My planning style has changed immensely, and honestly I haven’t found “planner peace” in my vertical ECLP since. As I’ve been watching your videos over the past several months, I do think that your use of a monthly might work (not a ton of appointments, but an ongoing to-do list for the week). Lastly - I feel like watching your sticker break-down was a crash-course and cheat-sheet in one! Like it saved me a lot of time that I’m just not finding in the last couple of months, and brain power that I just don’t have! I don’t typically just say “yeah... exactly what they’re doing looks like it will work for me perfectly”... yet here I am thinking that! Phenomenal content Kristan!

I used your folder idea for monthly stickers by using some old Cocoa Daisy folded scrapbook paper. ❤ The EC stickers are the weirdest thing trying to get them to stick to reusable sticker paper. I’ve gotten some to stick by keeping the page closed for a long time but it doesn’t always work.
This 2025 I am completely changing my system. I have been in the hole of buying stickers and decorating a lot. I recently started watching your videos and I really like how you do the planning. I want it functional and some deco. I ordered Sprouted Planner and CWM. I want to buy the stickers from Planner Kate for them but I have no clue what stickers to buy because the web page it is very confusing. It is my first time using those planners because this year I have been scripting but I want more organization. What do you suggest I use for Sprouted Planner because I know you have a video for CWM that I already watched but I have to rewatched now taking notes lol. Thanks for you time and your videos have really inspired me.

Okay, I have actually watched this multiple times now - there’s so much good info in here! I am returning to the EC world now that I’m in a new, less over-scheduled season in life (phew!) and it’s been so wonderful to see your like-minded functional planning setup - you literally did all the work for me! THANK YOU💛! I am so relieved to hear that EC stickers don’t stick on ANY reusable paper - before I went to buy another brand thinking it was just me! I opted to use the snap-in sticky notes in more multi-colored designs like mid-century circles & kaleidoscope as stickers I glue down in months I’m challenged to find solo monthly colors in for big events or side bars special notes so I didn’t need to whip out my much less genius ziplock bags of monthly EC stickers. I have learned so much, thank you so much for sharing all your wonderful tips with us! 😍💛
100% the same … if I can’t see it, I won’t use it. I rely a lot on visual cues. Like I can write “take out trash” in my planner BUT if I really don’t want to forget, I’ll put it on a sticky note and put it on the door that leads to the garage because I’ll see it before I walk out the door. Really like the way you set up the stickers. Makes sense to me.
Girl yes...reminds me that I need to write a sticky note for my door to run my roomba when we leave in the evenings for tennis practice. And maybe another on my steering wheel for good measure 😂

I also don’t like the EC stickers but mostly because they are colored and writing on a colored label just doesn’t make it pop. Some are too dark that the black pen hardly shows. They are best for putting a script on.
You mentioned Erin Condren stickers don't stick well in the reusable sticker book. Do you know if Happy Planner stickers stick well in that reusable sticker book?
@KristanKremer Me too! Watching your channel has made me realize that I don't need them though. I like them and enjoy make collages, but I don't need to own them. Most importantly I don't need to hoard them.
I have planner Kate stickers and I bought a sticker book on Amazon and put some of her stickers that were from the grab bag into the sticker book. When I put them in my EC planner I’m finding that they are not sticking and are unfeeling on the edges. But I thought they were repositionable. Has anyone else had this issue? Or is this because of it being something I bought on Amazon. Would it make a difference if I actually had a planner Kate version?
PK stickers are repositionable. It shouldn't matter what brand your sticker book is as long as it's sticker release paper. When I've had this issue it's because I'm touching the sticky side too much with my fingers. The natural oils in your skin can make the sticky less sticky. Try using tweezers and/or a sticker lifter when handling them.
Thanks for your video, but I don’t like the tiny stickers I like to see them in my planner, it is important for me the classic size of happy planner it works the best for me. I my try to check some of the other stickers, I will see.

PK stickers are repositionable. It shouldn't matter what brand your sticker book is as long as it's sticker release paper. When I've had this issue it's because I'm touching the sticky side too much with my fingers. The natural oils in your skin can make the sticky less sticky. Try using tweezers and/or a sticker lifter when handling them.
