In such a situation, you can keep your kidneys healthy by making some changes in your diet, and you do not have to do much in your diet, just include some antioxidant foods in your routine.     Mujhe cresntic iga nephropathy ki bimari hai mere sare report thik hai pr urine protein 1+ aa raha mam main kisi se bohot pyaar krti hu kya main sadhi kr sakti hai kya bd m kabhi mujhe ya use koi dikkat to nahi hogi na
