There were quite a few markdowns this week and you're right, not all Costco's will have such great deals
Our shopping styles are very similar Dee!! I stock up on my mainstays when they are on sale and try to get enough for a few months. I recommend checking the expiration dates first tho to make sure it won't expire before you actually can use it. When I was in Costco on Monday to order a birthday cake, I noticed that the garden hose I have my eye on was moved to the entryway. I hope it's a sign of a markdown coming soon. I pick up the cake tomorrow so I'll be checking 😁💕
Hi Cheryl! Great tip about checking the expiration dates. I’ve purchased things in the past, not knowing that the date was right around the corner. Unfortunately, I couldn't use some of the stuff. That happened a lot in 2020-2021 🫣

Great video. I hope I can find some markdowns at my local Costco. To save money, I do avoid packaged foods. I always buy fresh. I like to cook despite the fact I am not a chef but I do manage pretty well. However, with inflation, it is hard to save anything. I shop every week, and I end up spending between $400 and $500. It is insane. Happy Spring and happy shopping. ❤️
I'm spending around the same too and I'm getting a mix of packaged and unpackaged goods
What a good selection of sale items. Right now, I am saving some money by buying meat on sale and freezing it for future use. I want to purchase those Swedish dishcloths because it has become very hard to find dishcloths in my local stores. Have a good week.

I am going to pick up the Swedish Dishcloths! Someone gave me some for Christmas and I looove them but they can be pricey. Like 3$ a piece or more. They clean your stainless steel appliances and glass really well with no chemicals!
Omg I'm sold! I have the hardest time keeping my stainless steel clean 😅
@@DEEANDFAM my 25 yr old son has the clammiest fingers and always makes ridiculous fingerprints daily on my fridge…just rinse in hot water…wring out well and wipe…mirrors microwave computer screens…game changer IMO

I went to Costco today before watching your video. I have to go back and pick up that antiperspirant. I picked up a 2 pack of surge protector / extension cord.Last week it was $24.97 and I decided to wait. I'm glad that I did, I picked it up today for $14.97. the surge protector has a USB outlet too😊

@@DEEANDFAM oh yay for the price adjustment! 🙌 I started 4 books: 2 english translated chinese novels + "The true love experiment" by Christina Lauren and "Never Never" by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher but I haven't been able to finish them. Not because they're not good, I've just been in this weird reading funk. Urgh... I hope to get through them soon!
@illovefraise I get in those funks too. Thank goodness for Audible. That's what helps me get out of my funk and make progress.. How's Never Never? I really like Colleen Hoover books, they're entertaining. I'm reading It Starts With Us and I recently listened to It Ends With Us. Glad I listened to that first or I would have no idea what the love story is in what I'm reading now 😅 I have so much on my TBR. I'm also listening to Finlay Donovan Knocks Em Dead right now. It's really good 👍
@@DEEANDFAM Colleen Hoover is one of my favorite authors! I'm only about 120 pages in in "Never Never" but if you like mystery/thriller, I think you`ll like it! I have a long TBR too hahaha so many books, so little time lol
Neat Freak hangers are lousy. I bought a pack of them 3 years ago at COSTCO . I may have one maybe two remaining. They snap very easliy. Stick with the white ones from Canadian Tire. I have never had one snap and they are great quality.

Great question. I'm not too sure. I haven't purchased this arrangement before. Usually flowers of any kind last me anywhere between 7-10 days
I received an email from Costco today with a preview of some of the sales next week. The LG speaker is $20 off. That’s going on my buy list. Dee, what’s the quality/taste of the Jamaican patties? We went to Jamaica recently and loved them. I have been thinking of picking them up but wasn’t sure of the quality. Then I saw that you bought some a couple of weeks ago. Are they worth it?
I hope you enjoyed your trip to Jamaica! These patties are not going to be as good as the ones you likely just had but they're pretty good for an option from the freezer.
As a Jamaican, I have to say no patty comes close to the ones you can buy while in Jamaica 🤤
