Waw i personally find the interior effect so hard to adapt to, therefore i try to not put it from the start cause i find the image to be soooo dark even after i put light

Also please please i have a question if im foing the modeling on sketchup its neccassry to do layers before importing it to lumion ?

No you don't have to, you just have to apply different materials where you want it
