It sounds lovely and peaceful. I find being beside water and / or listening to water, and watching wildlife very relaxing too. You are not alone. It sounds like bliss with the birdsong too.

Oh really?
But it seems every fish pond I’ve been to they do that even in natural ponds or rivers and when they’re disturbed they run back in and resurface again..
So are they supposed to be underground all the time as it seems being out is lack of oxygen
Maybe I can learn something

I use a32mm poly pipe raised above the pond direct from the tank for good pressure creating bubbles and hopefully generates oxygen 🤷🏽‍♀️
