Treatment of malformed ear in or baby born with no ear, small ear or with no ear canal

If you are a parent of a child who is suffering from malformed ear i.e if the baby is born with no ear, small ear or with no ear canal.
Birth defects affect a baby's ears and occur while baby is developing in the uterus. This issue is rare but happen in about 1.84/10,000 live births. 5 males are affected than 1 female.
