When you have a high credit score you can get the lowest rates for a mortgage and lenders will want your business 👑
So make sure you’re building your credit history, have different types of credit, and you’re paying your bills on time and in full 🙌
And don’t forget that when you’re shopping for homes during a 14 to 45-day shopping window, multiple credit checks from lenders are recorded on your credit report as a single inquiry 🔥
Some older FICO scores limit it to 14 days while newer versions use 45 days, so in case, you could try to do it within that 2 week period since you don’t know which score your lender will use! Not financial advice
