Puchhne ke liye dhanyawad.. pahle jab sooji ka dough taiyar ho jaye to use thanda karke achhi tarah se 5 minute tak masal le taki ye pura soft ho jaye aur jab ise fry kare to oil ko medium flam pe rakhe aur oil jyada matra me le taki apke gulab jamun tel me doob jaye aur tel me dalne ke baad 5 minutes tak chhod de uske baad use platna hai...tab aap dekhiyega ye nahi fatenge

Is gulab jamun ko hmne rice bran me fry kiya hai. Isko aap refine, soybean aur sunflower oil me bhi fry kar sakte hai. Hamne apne pahle ke video me refine oil me bhi fry kiya hai.
