I think you only need to tighten the oil filter cap to 27Nm, which isn't that tight. Looks like you really cranked down on it when you last replaced it.
@@Rustbucket555 I can and I did but with some effort. It would be good to free the pipe above the filter. There is some form of clamp that can be rotated. I wonder if doing so it separates the pipe without damage,

The filter cap rubs against the intake pipe above it. Is ther a way to separate that moving the metal clip?
You should be able to get it out with out removing anything else. Gently pull the canister and gently push the intake pipe
