Chicken 1.25 kg
Oil 2/3 cup
Pyaz 250gms (onion)
Sukhi laal mirch 4-5 (dry red chilli)
Tezpatta 1 (bay leaf)
Darchini 1 (cinnamon stick)
Laung 4 (cloves)
Hari elaichi 4 (green cardamom)
Lassan Adrak paste 1 tbs (ginger garlic paste)
Namak(salt to taste)
Dahi 250gms (yoghurt)
Hara Dhaniya (green coriander)
Kewra water 1tsp
Sukha dhaniya 2tbs (dry coriander seeds)
Zeera 1tbs (cumin seeds)
Kali elaichi 1(black cardamom)
Hari elaichi 4(green cardamom)
Kali mirch 1tsp (black peppercorn
