1:22:14 According to Sec2(62) of OPC can be defined by a company where is only 1 person as a member. It's different from sole proprietorship in concert of liability. Minimum paid up share capital turnover not prescribed. OPC have 1 member and 1 nominee and in case of virtue of death of member the nominee becomes next member . Further it must resident of India or otherwise.
It's not compulsory for Naveeta to withdrawal of her name from nominee as it's not necessary that nominee must be resident of India.

OPC Sec 2(62) can be converted into any Company whether it is public 2(68) and private 2(71) Company but not can be converted into sec 8 company.
