You don't have 60% from rune, you only get 10% + (50% of initial effect) = 15%

Noted thanks. I'll pin this for clarity and edit the description. Does this also apply to other runes? Like Quick Cast, where you gain 30% Cast speed and an additional 10%, making it 33%?

@@spiritlibra8396 it always works like this when you see % of the effect. That means (100 + X)% * initial effect. And it is also logical - you don't get more with an upgrade compared to initial stats, you just get some boost
Speaking of Quick Cast you see plain 10% cast speed there. That means 30% + 10% = 40%. What I said above only applies for (% of the effect) option
The difference is (% of the Effect) grows with rune levelling where plain addition does not. Take any Seal of Anything - when upgraded it gives you % of Effect so it benefits from rune levelling like (+60% of the Effect) gives you 1.6 * (initial boost). For eg Seal of Element Domain with Legendary quality gives you +25% of Effect. At level 1 it is (10 + 2.5 = 12.5)% dampening and at level 30 it would be (15.8 + 3.95 = 19.75)% dampening

I spent a total 2082 Rubies on the cards. I made back 1233 Rubies on stuff I did not want to keep ( Candor Essences, Crafted Statues, Chaos Elements, Alyssa Essence ) and kept the Legendary Imbue and Upgrade Essences. I made a total of 2.1m gold from it. In my opinion I feel its worth it. This may change as prices changes as well.
