First became aware of Brian when I heard a live version of Tupelo Honey. Mid 90s, but I didn't hear it until 2002 or so. I was absolutely blown away by his voice. And how killer it sounds when Van Morrison comes in on the second verse. Did not know anything about his solo stuff until this interview. Thank you! Looking into ALL of it.
Brian, you are amazing!!! I play your song, 'Free man in Paris', a fair bit since I discovered it. You tap into god consciousness when you sing it. Also, if you directed the background music to it and your other songs, you are like out of this world amazing !!!!! So much love to you.
