Nice. At what minimum magnification can you easily see the centre floating dot when aiming? And, apart from magnification, illumination, parallax level and locking turret, what are you sacrificing by returning the elite tactical for the MPED?
Yea i did a short video through my tactacam and its pretty good . I also have an Arken EP5 on the way to see how it compares. also down the line is a Tract Optics UHD is a comming. I would have like to get the Bushnell XRS3 but like Common Sense said, its missing the illumination on reticle . So unfortunately it a no go . but never no i still might go with it later down the road for a set up i plane to use during Light time hours.
Bushnell’s limited lifetime warranty can become a problem if you are the owner of their optics; Bushnell may not honor the warranty. Bushnell Elite $1000 spotting scope ten years old would not honor the warranty plus they wanted me to purchase a new scope. No way. I no longer buy that product.
Another honest customer who got screwed over by Bushnell. Bushnell supposed to have their 20 year lifetime warranty on spotting scopes and binoculars that they don't seem to actually want to honor. They even manage to somehow make all the negative reviews and complaints disappear too on the BBB website which they got an F for screwing over way too many of their own customers over not honoring their warranty. The electronics in their scopes such as their Match Pro ED and Match Pro with illuminated reticle only have a 5 year limited warranty on their electronics BTW NOT LIFETIME.
This particular scope just might not be the only Chinese made scope that's actually not worth paying full price for. They're $499.99 CHINESE MADE scopes at best IMHO.
It is so unfortunate that Bushnell has an F rating according to the BBB for screwing over their customers come lifetime warranty time while a lot of other companies scored A+ or at least an A. Problem is Bushnell's lifetime warranty isn't even a true lifetime warranty what people think and is unlike Vortex more like opposite in real life when you actually need to use the warranty. Too many pissed off former Bushnell customers found this fact out the hard way after no replacement products were given even under their own lifetime warranty guarantee. Google search "Bushnell warranty complaints" and "Bushnell customer complaints" it's unbelievable that Bushnell is still I'm business after screwing over so many of their own customers which had apparently been regularly ongoing well over the past decade. Imagine all the countless numbers of non vocal customers who got ripped off by Bushnell who didn't bother to go to the BBB or to even post anything negative about their own terrible experiences. Everyone deserves to know these actual facts before considering buying from this brand. What's most shocking to me is they don't even make any effort to fix the F rating on the BBB and publicly left customers hanging over a year still waiting for any kind of closure. Secondly their scopes with illuminated reticles only come with a one year warranty under the guise of a lifetime warranty that's not even a true lifetime warranty what people actually expect and think. Their electronics are meant to be disposable such as electronic sights, red dots, rangefinders, trail cams, some spotting scopes and binoculars that may state lifetime warranty but in fact only come with a limited one year warranty in real life. They are selling their products under the misconception of having a Vortex like lifetime warranty but in fact it's quite the opposite when you try to actually use their warranty. Feel very sorry for all their victims.
