I redeemed some of my Ipsy points back in July of 2023 for that Sweet Street 1993 lippie. Mine was not cracked, and I love the color- I’m a 90’s teenager and it’s very similar to the colors I wore back then.
Silent watcher here 😆 just wanted to give some food for thought….on the hair product, while I agree it’s too small, you mentioned being able to get it for free in your salon. BUT, how much did you pay for your hair service to be able to get that free product? I don’t think salons will just let you walk in and take their samples without paying for a service. That’s all LOL just wanted to offer another perspective ☺️ overall, I don’t think these bags are worth it! I’m glad you do it so I don’t have to 😂 much love ❤

I’m glad you got the bags because I’ve been curious about these two.
Just started watching and the first thought was - thank you for getting them because I didn't feel confident I would like them if I bought them with my own money.
Your larger bag was MUCH better than mine. I got the same hair clips they included in the Valentines Day mystery bags this year. They also included an old lippie as well. And when I reached out to Ipsy, they gave me the run around for so long that I gave up on getting a refund or replacement.
The Kopari is also a repeat from the last mystery bag set.
I haven't gotten any of my ipsy bags/boxes since the price increase. I refuse to pay that much for what I see people unbox. Maybe I'm just cheap, idk. I only get 2 boxes now and those are amazing they're the eyescream beauty and Allure beauty boxes. I always get my money's worth with them. 💙💙
Allure is amazing!!! I skip some months but I love it for the most part. I skipped it this month and got the $99 box they had and it's amazing!!! Highly recommend
Yeah, these bags are nothing to brag about in my opinion! That sample size liquid lipstick 💄 looked beautiful though ❣️

Hi Sydney! I love the design of these bags. In the first bag the KOA item is amazing. I’m on my third bottle. I use a pump by itself but you can mix it with your moisturizer. The Mitchell and peach lotion is an expensive brand. So I’m sure that lotion is going to be fantastic. Now I am not a fan of Wander Beauty but from what I have seen about that highlighter is that it is absolutely stunning 🤩. Like I want to get it. The give them Lala items are just blah. That brand has always been a big miss for me. Brow gel to me in a mystery bag is a filler item. As well as a black eyeliner. The small bag to me is a big flop with the sizes of the items. I completely agree with you that there should be a standard size for samples. And I bet that those Aveda samples are to not be for resale. That’s frustrating even with the sunscreen. Like come on. But thanks for buying them so we don’t have too. Much love Sydney ♥️
I have to remember every time you give a price, its actially almost double for me!! So when you say $16, i think...are you mad!!! Obviously worth it!! Then i think...oh no its $32 and then im with you!

I got that "Sweet Street" lip color in my Boxycharm many months ago, and the formula was not only broken up but had mold in it. 🤮 I reached out to Ipsy and they did refund me for a (small) portion of my box.
Old products are part of why I cancelled my Ipsy subscription.
Well, I love both of the bags...
It's just that they are the sort of products that get left behind in my boxes 😕
The little bag was better overall and I wished they were full sized lol. I agree with bigger sample sizes. All should be at least 1 Oz unless it’s eye cream which can be half or a quarter Oz. 🌸
What eyeshadow did you use on your eyes?
Laurens has that moisturizer at Walmart 1oz for $19
Perhaps the brow gel and eyeliner was a set.. sometimes items that are in a set have the not for resale label
I would have been so disappointed if I i received the first bag. The only product I liked was the Wander Beauty highlighter. What a shame.
That highlighter has been repeated so much. I've gotten 2 just this last year. But it is a really awesome highlighter I will give it that

I tried it a few years ago. So not worth the $60 a month. They had a lot of what I call cheap filler items. You have zero control over your box items.
I got the Koa Life , it was the mask and I love it❤❤❤
I have been very disappointed with the Give Them Lala brand. I think they should be charging less rather than more for all those bags. Hope they get better.
I got that lotion in Boxy Charm, and it stinks. It smells like cut grass and other greens 🤢
The big bag wasn't that impressive. I'm sure the Wander beauty product paid for the whole bag. That lip shade '1993' was huge in 90's, all the supermodels & actresses were wearing that shade. It's funny how they are coming back💄
I feel like all their mystery bags are just leftover junk.
That first bag was bad… like bad bad.. just a bunch of old Ipsy crap…
