Are The 2022 Contenders Football Value Packs Better Than The Blaster Boxes? Way More Rookies/Inserts

- I think I'd rather have 3 of the 2022 Contenders Football Value Packs over a single 2022 Panini Contenders Football Blaster Box - and this video shows why! With the 2022 Contenders football fat packs costing about $8 per pack or less typically, you can get 3 of them instead of the 1 blaster box of contenders football.. with that said, which one would you rather have?! The Contenders value packs have WAY more rookies and inserts for the $ value, while the blaster boxes do come with 1 hit.. now I haven't hit any crazy hits, so I think I'd rather take my chances with the value packs? What are your thoughts on these 2022 Contenders football products?

From the 3 I’ve opened, it’s been 1 rookie jersey and 1 rookie insert.. so pretty tough

My wife got a blaster box, and it only had two rookies. A Pacheco rookie of the year contender, and a Ridder green patch variation. Good pulls for sure, but only two rookies stung to see

I agree with you on this I have opened 2 contenders value packs and got two supernatural Patrick Mahomes and more so I think they are way better than blasters

Unfortunately, not much, other than the rare ink in retail. Without the megas available, I just avoid this altogether.

Hobby will always have better odds of pulling a case hit as there are less boxes per case, but it’s also A LOT more expensive to chase after I’m hobby boxes. Donruss hobby boxes are around $225 if I remember right, and still aren’t guaranteed a case hit

You get 40 cards in a blaster and I just counted 34 base cards with some doubles in this blaster. That's how the blasters are. One value pack has more inserts than an entire blaster. The only reason to get a blaster is to chase a RPA or auto and the odds are long on those anyway. The avg blaster is going to have a jersey card and those don't appeal to me that much. I can take or leave a jersey card nowadays. Value packs are definitely the way to go with 2022 Contenders football.
I’ve found that if you check the thickness of the pack, the thicker value packs have RPAs in them. You might look a little suspicious in Walmart looking for them but they’re in there lol
We did one contenders hobby box and multiple blasters. Just not a fan. Unless you hit big on an auto, which feels borderline impossible with the blasters and value packs, it’s really not a lot of fun.
I love the supernaturals insert, but not a big fan of anything else. I say that, and watch me buy optic contenders…😂!
Worst blasters I've ever opened literally.
Blasters in general have been rough for me this year.
The $25-35 price point has been rough on a few products for sure. I miss the days of $20 blasters
I just can't spend money on contenders anymore.always disappointed.
For the price of value packs, they’re fun! But blaster boxes.. it is literally solely based on that hit
