The monitor from my Laptop has a refresh rate (Hz) from 144, which allows ANY browser to use this fps on the game, so it depends on your monitor, tho the browser has a regular limit which is exact to the hz, but you can deactivate this limit with a little trick. You can just search on youtube how to get more fps on browser games
