He was already on probation and should've called the cops instead of putting himself in that position so she could be the one to call the cops and say he's being violent. She'll get her carma for making it worse than it was. Her carma will probably be their son wanting to be with his father when he gets older instead of mom.

She is completely in the wrong in the count of sending him to jail. If it were the other way around, and she was trying to get into her house and he was blocking her, and he got hurt went she was trying to get by, would she have gone to jail??? Of course not!!!
And the “he’s lucky I let him see his son because he owes me child support”!! She is using his son as ransom! It isn’t the child’s fault mom and dad aren’t getting along, why make him suffer without a father?? If the state said that he doesn’t owe you child support for the year that he spent in jail because YOU lied to the cops to put him there in the first place, then stop using your kid to get that money.
Lastly, she provoked that whole situation because the father was going to leave with his son, so she did this to prevent that from happening. Woman thinks that she alone has full custody of their child. Father is entitled to leave with son same way if it were the woman who was leaving and decided to take the child.

The fact that she doesn't correct her son when he says, "Daddy was in jail for punching mommy in the eye" is horrible. That's not a good thing for a child to believe.

Im hoping to see that old JJ episode where the crooked guy and his coworker, a man of smaller height are charged with repo'ing a car illegally. the small man was in the car trying to take it and the owner threw him out or? and when theyre talking the crook keeps elbowing the smaller man not to talk and JJ yells stop doing that!! and he yells back at her OK FINE!! then sorry sorry! Thank you for yelling back at this arrogant drunken failure of a tv judge
