I will never forget the first time I went to Venice many years ago - taking the 2 hour plus train ride from Milan. When you step out off the train station and down the steps and see Venice for the first time - it is like a world you never could imagine.
Went through several walking tours with you. Like how you come back to the starting point. (Lisbon, Florence and Venice). Very smart. Also thank you for taking us to some places that we might not know/go as a tourist. Lots of good information. Thank you for making our lockdown period more enjoyable. It would even better if you can have a roadmap at the beginning or the end of the video.
I live in Venice, I'm Italian, I love this documentary, this type of video is the future, because you filmed all the travel, yes not in the church and the museum, but, it's very beautiful, 10/10, you filmed the venezianita to the people in other continent or country, very beautiful Clap
I hope to visit your beautiful city next June, if air travel is allowed. Around every corner is a new discovery; from every bridge is a view of elegance.
I'm so happy to find this. We went on a ten day pilgrimage to Italy. We walked and walked. Our last day was in Venice. By that time, my feet had swollen up, I was lucky to get my shoes back on. We didn't do much walking here but did do the gondola ride and shopped.
I have been to Venice four times but I realised I missed so many 'campos' as I did not walk the entire place and got lost a few times:) So thanks and appreciate this walking tour.
Thank you so much for this. I've been to Venice some two dozen times, and just walking aimlessly was one of my favorite things to do. I don't think that I will ever go again because the tourism is out of control.
I love your videos - all of them. I just came across them today and already I have watched 3. You are a special person to give us these tours. May God bless all your efforts. the Venice one reminds me of when I played
Next year I will go there if I visit Italy. Italian scientists influence me a lot. Italian Rome culture influences me a lot. I respect them: Scientists And Rome culture. Hope getting more from Italy next year.
That was absolutely gorgeous and brilliant. Thanks so much for bringing back wonderful memories of Venice. Some new areas for me to check if I can ever get back there again.
I LOVE THIS!💕 It’s like being there, but without actually dealing with the crowds, and I can focus on the buildings, or the people, or whatever. And the information popping up is great. I’m hoping to actually visit Venice someday.
My experience was crowds are totally avoidable. Everyone is following signs or their phones to the Rialto and Saint Marks. Step off the main thoroughfares and it's shocking how quiet it can be. My friends and I spent huge chunks of the day totally or almost totally alone. Just ignore the maps and wander.
I just pretend i am walking through venice.. good for my weekend treat when i off from work. N fact laying on the bed while watching... oh how relax. Thanks to you who have taken this video.😊
I want to thank you so very much for these walking tours. Watching these every night have helped get rid of my nightmares. Now I just wander through gorgeous cobblestone streets in my dreams. Thank you, thank you. 💚
I visited there two month atfer you took this video. I had a coffee in Florian(too expensive!) and rode the gondola. All thigns are amazing experinces. I miss Venice.
Thanks from Russia-Samara dear mister. We are little skimpy of sunshine at this time of the year and your videos is the only whiff i am can get with my giant samsung 4k screen - it is all you actually need to roam around with no care in the world. You are very adept at what you do - wish you the best in satiation us poor Russians covered with snow mixed with rain drops despondentness
Great trip !!! Thank you very much !! I felt like I was in Venice !!! I dream to visit it some day !!! I've been looking for a similar video for a long time .Super !
Contd. (hit return too soon) Tomb raider it was such fun - maybe I will do it again but this time with a fuller idea of what Venice is like. thank you so much.
Awesome!! I actually use google map as I watched to see where you led me. I went to Venice & wanted to see the places I missed. Great Work, able to enjoy & read the streets names, because of the pace you filmed. Truly enjoyed it. Thank you.
We did exactly this over 10 days, 8 solid hours a day, in 1996. We saw absolutely EVERYTHING, going in every church and every museum all the way of this walking. Absolutely stunning. I remember it all SO well, and this has made me live it again. Especially as the camera shop who developed all our many films in our return, ruined everything single photo. But it’s in my mind, I’m my memory totally.
Hi I'm planning to go in June for three days, can you recommend your favourite things to see? I'd really appreciate it from someone who's seen so much!
Non posso fare a meno di amare l'Italia... Thanks to your amazing video, I can always go to my favorite Venice. I appreciate it ! ✧˖° 58:41, I always listen to the bells of St. Mark's Basilica before going to sleep.
Loved the serene video, we miss Venice... had so much fun there I was hoping you'd walk by our favorite Hotel Colombina we had an beautiful view of Rio Del Palazzo. I saw a glimpse of you in one of the store reflection, inward looking at what you were using to record.. did you use a DJI camera or your phone with a gimbal. I can only imagine how many SD cards you carried to be able to record the whole thing in 4k. Looking forward to hopefully going back and I was talking to my wife about renting a flat there for the summer one of these years.
Our second visit to Venice was cancelled due to Covid 19. Lovely to 'walk' the streets again. Hopefully we'll be able to come back , in person, very soon.
If you don't want to pay Venice prices for your vacation I recommend to stay in Mestre which is a few miles outside Venice. Also a great daytrip is to Verona.

It s true
This is 100% true - it is an indescribable feeling
Its wonderful just to hear voices and see people just having a life!
The beauty of Europe is that you can see the sky everywhere with no skyscrapers.
No, its in the design on the ground!
Same in India no development, No skyscrapers , Everywhere sky....
So rich in history there , Bless Italy.
