Spy x family really excels with the balance of having most of their main cast being neither good or bad but with characters with specific intentions that may or may not be parallel with Anya and her "family" while also making their characters pretty simple.

thank you. people act like damian is super mean to anya for no reason at all when post-punch that is absolutely not true. the only 2 times we see him be mean to her after the punch is 1) after she ruins his art project and 2) when one of his friends suggests she may be following him to get to his father which you can tell upset him. I am in no way suggesting that his attitude is perfect, but Anya has faults too and does mess it up a lot.
