In the maharashtrian wedding the bride changes the saree at least 4 times on the wedding day.
This doesn't include haldi mehandi and sangit.
These are added nowadays. Earlier it haldi mehandi sangit used to be simple.
Dress code hota hai aaj kall bahit hi fashion hai pr complusary nahi hai.. But most of the guests try to follow the guest code.

Wedding in India is so different in every region/culture/caste. It is just like how food is so different every 100 km in India. It depents on the status (Rich or Poor), culture, religion, region, caste. Not every marriage is same in India.
This marriage shown in video looks more like a party event more than how a traditional hindu marriage should look like!!! Really Not a fan of such fusion shows....Personally for me, Marriages should be a simple, close to tradition event that is more meaningful and reflects our cultural values.
We can always party with our near and dear ones later in marriage receptions.
