Collecting minerals and stones used to be considered witchcraft. So, it's really just perspective. I, personally, think we all could connect if we put the effort into it. It's not really different than intuition, and no, I do not see that as witchy or evil in any way. But, that's just my belief.
No, not really, I believe the reader is using herself and the cards as a sort of radio tuning into the frequency of our collectively assigned birth energy but on a much broader scale as it's a general reading hence it resonates more with some than others due to individual chart variations.
