The campus has changed a lot since I was a student there. I lived in the 968 tower, Mahoney-Pearson, and in Building 43 (the old apartments) without air-conditioning. That's where the Basketball Arena is now. Your blogs bring back good memories. I was there from 1979-83 and again from 1988-90. Iy's great to be a Miami Hurricane!

I got lucky and lived in lakeside village (upper classman apts) but from my friends id recommend Hecht-stanford! they actually loved the community style more than person Mahoney

I went and graduated U Miami .only speaking from my experience by I hated that school . I’ve been to multiple colleges / school and had tons of different jobs . U Miami was by far the worst environment I had ever been in. Bunch of rich kids from up north . Kids where mean and cocky . Go somewhere else trust me . Hopefully someone sees this and saves 300,000$ from going there . Although there were some cool people but over the student body was full of punks and cocky kids compared to other environments I had been in. If I had to do college again I wouldn’t even consider university of Miami
Please before you do anything else...please please see a dermatologist and have your moles checked...I am not a doctor..but I lost a close friend to malignant melanoma...and yours look like they need to be checked by a dermatologist...once that stuff gets going..it can jump through your bloodstream and spread...maybe it’s all ok...but you are so young...I just want for you to be safe and have a very long life...God Bless...
