If you are preparing again then prepare wholeheartedly. First complete your syllabus according to tests till December. And then start giving test maximum 4 (or daily if it's possible)days in a week from january
Test should contain some part and major full syllabus test and from march onwards start giving full syllabus test only
It will help you to increase your speed and accuracy
In initital days you might get low score but it will increase with time and test.
According to me you should join library it it increases productivity,however it depends from person to person
