That Strat sounds amazing. When Michael is gone for a bit touring and returns, you realize all over again just what a masterful guitar player he is.

Playing Donna is giving me memories of watching LaBamba in the 80s and really digging Richie Valens! Died so young though! anyway great playing Lemmo as always!!! and thank you Jen, because without you we would not get to witness these great guitars and moments!!! thank you
My only complaint is that ML didn't play long enough. That was outstanding.

I recently acquired a '58 Custom Shop Strat. I just love the combination of a TSB and Maple neck. While not an original, it plays and sounds amazing 😃

Nice job on Oh Donna and Words Of Love. That’s a great-sounding Strat, but I would have liked to hear the bridge pickup clean.
There is an another guitar that in a late fifty strap can make that sound amazing michael

Hey lemmo,great guitar work and ur a great host. But dude u gotta do something with the hair, it looks like how my mom used to cut mine cuz couldn't afford a barber,she put a bowl on my head and cut around it. Pretty sure norm would spring for u to go to a stylist

I remember when I got my first guitar. It was a Strat Mexico. The chap at the shop connected it to a huge amp, added tons of reverb, played his heart out and that was it. Sold. My advice: practice, practice, practice, improvise and let emotions do the talking. With the right equipment, your guitar will sound magical. Then buy these expensive guitars. If you can’t afford them, build them yourself. It may sound impossible, but it is not. It takes 2 weeks to produce an extremely high end guitar if you’re doing it on your own. You just pay someone to make it shiny. Buy good materials and the guitar will last forever.
How much? 19k, 70k? One thing for sure. I can make my $200 Stratocaster sing just as good as the old wood and magnets.
Would be nicer with a Rose wood fretboard or better yet ebony! Still would love it as is! Wonder if it has the easy v neck profile? I know those early vintage strats came maybe exclusively w/ maple fretboards but still.. just saying… Michael very nice takes on some classics there!!!👍🎸💕🫶🙏
